My plan just transitioned from another major 401k provider and this app is head and shoulders above what I previously experienced. Easy to trade, check balances and research options. Love the fact that I can tap to call a rep and they know what I was doing on my phone and pick up right there. Did not need to even tell Fidelity who I was or what I was doing. Easy!

Confused by all the bad reviews. Tons of useful information. Maybe better for the "common man" than the financial wiz but its everything I need.

I can hardly see any text on the screen in this app. Make the text darker / larger.

Please put TouchID back!

This app is great for monitoring performance on a basic level! Exactly what I need. Presentations are usable and intuitive. Easy to understand. And the Touch ID is a nice addition. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a basic tool for checking the performance of their 401(k).

This is mostly a web wrapper app. Dont quite see what the point of this app is. Doesnt support larger screen sizes. Might as well just be offered as a mobile website.

The app is great except that the fingerprint login does not work. It pops up, but when my finger is applied to the back button it just goes to regular login

I was happy to see that you have built up an application, but what a disappointment ... how much did it cost you? 2 pence? What Touch ID have you announced recently? There are no Touch ID verification This application is a waste of space

Its been years since iPhone 6 came out and this app still doesnt have support for larger screens. It still stretches the app out to fill the screen, showing a giant keyboard and status bar. Its a simple change. Fix it!

I gave it an extra star because it does have the thumbprint login now, which is a big improvement and timesaver. However once youre on the site you cant get the information you most want. The market falls or shoots up today and so you go in and check out whats going on with your investments, but all you get is gains/losses for one month, one quarter, or one year. I spent about 15 minutes scouring the site to find the information I wanted and forget it, its just not there. I had to get online and go to the regular website to find it. Really really annoying. and useless.

This one needs an update badly.

Title says it all. Actually came back to downgrade my review from two stars to one. The Fidelity online web portal atrocious, but this app is even more cringe worthy. Fidelity, in embarrassed for you.

Finger print reader still requires the password to be entered manually. Seems like it defeats the purpose.

I downloaded, logged in, checked my actual return rate, changed my contribution amount, and changed my investment elections without a hitch. Whats the problem people? Also, while changing contribution amounts, it calculated estimated effects to my paycheck and estimated savings amounts. And it had other unobtrusive yet helpful bits of information. I only use fidelity net benefits for my 401k and dang I like this app for that. I dont review apps very often but this needed to be defended. Its a four/five star app for what I use it for.

Downloaded the app, it performed as described. Flawless.

Very intuitive, alot of great info at your fingertips. Gives you all the info you need to stay close to your accounts and benefits. User friendly, easy to navigate.cant imagine why anyone would rate this poorly...it isnt meant to be a real time trading app.

Great user interface nice and simple. Response is on the slow side. However when you select ACTIVITY you can only view an overview of the account not actual recent activity. DELETED!

Consistently getting error message almost every week, if not, system not available message

I use this to review and manage 401k, Roth, HSA, Individual accounts. Does everything I need quickly and easily. I can view communication PDFs just like online. Their latest update in October 2016 must have been a good one.
