Just a frontend to the normal website?? Not even mobile optimized! I wonder where the previews of this app come from?!

This looks like a project done by a 5 year old. Not scaling to screen size, permanently crashing.

Are you sure you want to be seen like this at Fidelity? Take an iPhone and try to use the App. Horrible... Hopefully you never paid for it since using the plain website is better even on a phone. - a customer

Functionality is zero. Login possible but not even a proper account balance review is possible. Please offer a proper tool to use on iOS devices!!!

There is no iOS 9.x support. I see just the website and thats it. Same on my iPad :(

Its terrible, long time since Ive seen such a bad "App". You cant even call it as such! It constantly interrupts, you cant adjust the screen size, etc. Not worth to download

This is not a app, just a link to the website, and even this is not working. A 12 years old child would create a better app. Better not providing an app like this. L

The app wont allow you to log into your netbenefits account even with a participant number and PIN number. It gets stuck in a never ending login loop. It would be nice if it worked as depicted.

Maybe the worst app in the entire App Store. After login it freezes and becomes 100% unusable (and therefore useless). Would have expected more from Fidelity.

It doesnt work, lets you log in and than gets stuck..

This app looks like they just stuffed their webpage into the app. No attempt at all to take advantage of iPhone screen real estate, no attempt to give it a decent look and feel or any functionality - dont waste your bandwidth downloading this unusable app.

Echoing the other comments, looks like this app is just a shortcut to their website but worse; it freezes almost immediately every time. I would not recommend downloading this as it is a waste of space on your phone.

Just slow. After login app freezes

After login in the application another login screen appears. After filling it the screen appears again and again.

One star is too much. None would give you the idea of the awfulness of this app. Freezes all the time, crashes, doesnt save your credentials even if u set so, no zoom, nothing just shame
