Not an application

I use iPhone 6+ and all I get when I login is a part of a web page with 62 font sizes. I cannot zoom in and out so I have to scroll on a 62 font size web page. Nothing is customized for phone. Its better not to launch such an application if you dont have the technology to make it. Waste of time.

Its "ok", and Im stuck with fidelity

I wish I could see each of my paycheck contributions instead of an annual sum in the activity. Isnt that what activity means? I also wish it would chart the growth over the month or year. I also wish it broke down the performance of each account.

App Conks Out and Freezes

I can log in but logging out is an issue. Seems to freeze up and will remain stuck on screen which confirms your OK to log out. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Server never responds

One cannot easily login during trade hours as the servers are loaded. Gets stuck all the time on the Recently viewed symbols without a way out. At this point you have to close the app and restart. Very frustrating. Also its UI not intuitive. Never expected this kind of app from a major financial firm like fidelity.

"System Error"

"The system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." When trying to log in, doesnt matter what I try to do to fix it it always says that.

It does ok

I havent experienced any crashes while using the app unlike others. And in general, the app provides some basic account information and nice features. However, I would like to see additional functionality in the how do I compare feature. In particular more details on account balances showing the numbers of accounts with balances in any range. Tapping on the account balance graph bar for the zip code, city, region, etc. could drill down into the numbers giving more detail rather than simply the average. Similarly for the contribution rates. It would be nice to know in what percentile your account balance or contribution rate falls.

No problems at any level

I was leery after reading reviews by others but I downloaded the app and have had no trouble anywhere within the app, to me its great! -Kevin W. iPhone 6S+

Lovin Touch ID

While app has limited functionality, Touch ID makes accessing fast & painless. Hoping for more and thankful trend is in that direction.

Experiencing Technical Difficulties

I still can not log in using the Netbenefits APP. Nor the Netbenefits for IPAD APP. It gives me the same error message every time "The system is experiencing difficulties, please try again later". I have an IPAD mini 2 with IOS 9.2. My problem started in early November of 2015. It is 1/13/16 and there are several reviews with the same problem. Your 11/5/15 update caused the problem.

Save yourself time, just go to netbenefits.com. This app just takes you there.

Touch ID conflicts

Enabling Touch ID on this app causes Touch ID to work only sporadically and not recognize your fingerprints. This affects not only the Touch ID in the app but also anytime that Touch ID is used including unlocking the phone itself. Also will not remember the username even after you have the button checked. The font sizes are wrong on the 6s+. Did anyone even do any testing on this app? How can a large company like fidelity put out such a poor app?

App works fine for my needs

I saw the negative reviews / rating and was a bit leery. However the app works just fine for my needs. Only reason 4 not 5 stars is I thought the navigation was a little less intuitive than I would have liked it to be.

Touch ID doesnt work! App is super slow

The Touch ID doesnt work at login. The whole app is slow and doesnt have transaction history.

Touch ID AND password?

Why bother giving me Touch ID if you are going to still require me to type my password????

Works great

Seems to work great so far. I dont know what the others are complaining about.

Underwhelmed

The font is a very small, slender font that is difficult to see on an iPhone. Im sure I could do something with the setting, but doesnt seem necessary when this is the only app with that problem. I just get frustrated and go to the full sight on my desktop.

Good At-A-Glance App

This app is good for a quick snapshot of your portfolio, but does not have the full functionality of the website.

So,so

You get a summary of account balances and transactions but no details. You cant find individual transactions, such as MRDs, for specific dates. Not totally useless but not very helpful either.

Horrible user experience

This app was native! What on earth is the PO thinking. Seriously I dont think I will invest any more of my hard earned money with fidelity if they dont really care what the customer wants! Thank you for making it easy for me to decide to move to your more competent Competitors!
