Title says it all. It is difficult to navigate and a lot of the information I want to see, such as the amount contributed on a specific date or returns over a specific period, is not available on this app. There are also lots of animations that add no value to the experience and slow things down.

Uploading documents through this app is a NIGHTMARE. Save yourself the stress and mail documents. FIX NEEDED ASAP.

I like being able to access my accounts through this app. Its great to see what my 401(k) is doing day over day and if I ever need to make any changes then this is much simpler than going through my works website

Great user interface nice and simple. However when you select ACTIVITY you can only view an overview of the account not actual recent activity. DELETE!

Please consider a settings option to automatically log the user out upon closing the app. With Touch ID, theres no hassle with re entering a password, and Id appreciate that extra layer of security. Lastly, any general speed improvement would be welcome. All the screen transitions are slow. Of all the banking and investment apps I use this is notably slower than the rest. Its still preferred to logging into the website but it seems like an area for improvement. Thank you!

While attempting to use the "Send a Document" option, I was unable to send anything. I could take a picture of the document but was not able to "+add another" nor could I "finish". I could retake the picture over and over but that didnt really help me send the required documents. I tried 2 different phones with the same result.

Wow. This app is so bad it simply displays the website in huge letters making it completely unusable. When you try to resize the text it locks up. This has to be the lamest attempt at an app ever. I really hope your Services are managed better with my money than your IT Department handles their App development.

I can get all the updated information on all my investments. Easy to use. Logical layout. And if you need ALL information or more information, you can log on to the website.
