It directs you to the computer based website with an impossibly small text and inconvenient setup. Why did I download the app if you direct me to the website? Waste of time

The only improvement people care about is iPhone 6/6+ optimization. Either optimize or discontinue this app. These are bare minimum requirements.

App is not designed in native resolution on iPhone Plus. The graphics is scaled up so it looks rather ugly.

What is there is hard to use. Needs to be scrapped and start over from scratch.

I work for a technology and understand the difficulties of staying up to date with the current technologies. This app is good, and I use it all of the time, but it certainly needs to be improved. One major issue above all: the TouchID accepts my fingerprint, but still requires me to enter my password, rather than just signing me in. I have an iPhone 6s Plus from AT&T. Please fix!

Im not sure what ppl are complaining about with the screen size. I have an iPhone 6 and it looks fine, same as if I go on the site on my browser. Everything works great with it and I dont have any problems. Does what I need it to.

I use this app almost exclusively on my IPhone 6S+ and after the latest update, the touch is quit working. It recognizes my fingerprint, but does not log me in. Please fix

How long before people kick Fidelity to the curb because of the 80s resolution on this app and the bountiful functionality (sarcasm).

It is no longer just a nice to have feature.

This update is more difficult to navigate. Bring back the page where you could easily see how your investments preformed on the previous day.

Good app. Touch ID works every time for me. Accurate display on iPhone 6 and 6+.

Compared to Vanguard or T Rowe Price, this app needs to step WAY up to enhance functions such as showing fund details, performance over a time horizon in graphs. So disappointing as it is.

Used to be an okay app, but now it just doesnt work. Instead of details on my portfolio, I get system error messages stating fail to get information. The time is now to get a working app update out now

Start to finish the app is terrible. First, touch ID does not work, it serves no purpose. Second this apps resolution must be made for a more boxy iPhone 4s or 5, because on a 7+ the appearance looks like the default setting is set for the visually impaired. Also, if you look at the version updates, they are not working to improve this app at all. Which I hope doesnt pose a data security issue. I will give it a 2nd star because it still serves its purpose and provides the details I am looking for.

My company signed up for stock purchase plan through this. I am shocked how bad the app is, its literally the desktop website stuffed inside an app, and doesnt even pinch to zoom!

App works nice on ipad2 And iOS 7.0.4 However does not seem to work on iphone4 ... Anyone had success? Note i run this from France As of march 19th issues resolved and it works nice Thank you!! As of May 2nd seems like app trying to move to rev 1.2 and crashes... Please fix this for iphone 4 running ios 7.1.6 Still does not work... Support sends you to regular site

It was a relief when I found the application to track my stocks sales and purchases. Unfortunately the application works much worth than browsing over the Safari! The application needs some serious attention even to the level of zooming in and out and screen tilting!

The only thing the app does is opening the web page for NetBenefits.
